Happy New Year!
After the craziness of 2020, I anticipate that lots of changes still lie ahead for all of us. As I look forward to 2021, I’m grateful to usher in this New Year with my Ellivate sisters! I’m curious to see what unfolds for each of them and honored to support them along the way.
Speaking of changes, I’m excited to share how Ellivate is evolving in 2021! Don’t worry, we’re still providing the inspiration, practical expertise and like-hearted community our women have grown to know and love. We’re simply upgrading a few things to make this an even more powerful experience!
At Ellivate, we’ve always worked from the inside-out to help women create a heart-based business that’s in alignment with who they are and what they most want to contribute to the world. Now, we’re adding more intention and clarity to that process through our four Ellivate core principles, which flow from the inside out as follows:
- Self – Align your business with who you are as a human, and attain more fulfillment. Ground yourself in your Why, vision and root beliefs, embrace your natural feminine leadership strengths, and support yourself as the creator of your business.
- Connection – At its core, business is about connecting, collaborating with and supporting other humans. Gain more clarity on your ideal audience, uncover more authentic sales and marketing approaches, and identify how you can better meet the needs of the people you most want to serve.
- Harmonious Systems – You should run your business (not the other way around!). Explore where you can simplify and outsource your processes, so you can spend more time in your zone of genius and run your business with more ease and grace.
- Prosperity – Prosperity flows from the inside out when the previous three principles align. Gain clarity on your financial goals and identify where you can invest your resources more wisely to create value and abundance for all.
Going forward, our Office Hours sessions will be grounded in one or more of these four principles, so our women can intentionally focus on all four core aspects of their businesses and selves over the course of the year. These four principles also form the framework of our EVOLVE 2021: Level Up premier member experience.

Ellivate is built on the magic of collaboration, which is how we’re able to provide incredible value at such a low price. When each of us contributes our unique talents in small ways, we create something greater together that benefits all of us.

The Ellivate Dream Team is a team of expert instructors, facilitators, coaches and mentors who dream right alongside our Ellivate sisters and help them turn their dreams into reality. We are dedicated to sharing our individual and collective wisdom and experience with all our sisters. We care about each and every one of our members and are here to support them through education and mentorship.
I’m excited to share that Leandra Blei is joining our Dream Team this year! Since July 2020, Leandra has been partnering with me to co-create and co-facilitate our bi-weekly member series, Ellivate Aware: An Educational Series on Recognizing Racism and Inspiring Action. Leandra has been an incredible mentor to us, and I am deeply grateful for her generous contributions that support our mission to elevate all women entrepreneurs. Leandra will add invaluable perspective to our Dream Team, and she’s excited to support our women!
As we start this New Year, remember that YOU are the creator of your business and your life. You overcame significant challenges in 2020, and you’re stronger and smarter than ever. I predict you’ll create something amazing this year!
