We celebrate and express love and appreciation to one another this month through Valentine’s Day.

How do you show love to yourself and your business?
For me, it’s retreating from the hustle of running my business and life, so I can nourish and restore myself alongside my Ellivate sisters.
Sedona has always been a magical place for me since my first visit in October 2018. Ever since that first visit, I plan for a Sedona visit (or two or three!) by including it on my calendar and in my budget each year. We started hosting our annual Ellivate Advisory Board strategy sessions there in 2019. Then, in 2023, we offered our first ever Ellivate Expand Retreat in Sedona! Sedona has become an important part of Ellivate and me.
Each time I visit Sedona, something magical happens. Things shift within and around me. I receive what I need (even if it’s not what I want!). I heal. I see things differently – not just while I’m there, but when I come back home. I gain the strength, energy and clarity I need to tackle the toughest challenges in my business and life.
Last year was our first Ellivate Expand Retreat, and our intention for this pilot experience was to get back into hosting in-person events, try some new things, and learn as we go. It was a huge success!
We learned a lot last year and couldn’t be more excited to level up Ellivate Expand in 2024!! We are listening to where our women are at and what they need most so we can incorporate that into our programming. We’re offering powerful elements of self-care and healing work, plus even more hands-on strategy work (think CEO Retreat) to help our women consciously grow their businesses alongside and with the help of their Ellivate sisters. We also want to help our women work through any mental or emotional roadblocks that may be standing in the way of the growth they most want.
I’m thrilled to announce that we are opening up Ellivate Expand 2024 to all women business owners for the first time ever!! This is an intimate experience, and our women receive priority registration and pricing through February 18, so we’ll reach out and let you know how many spots are available on February 19. Ellivate Expand 2024 – You’re invited!

Retreat from the hustle of running your business and life. Nourish and restore yourself in nature! Gift yourself the space to expand yourself and your business.
We’ll be in the full swing of Spring, which is the perfect time to focus on growing ourselves and our businesses! It will be time to reflect on what we’ve learned in the first 4 months of 2024 and plant more seeds for what we most want to grow during the rest of the year.
We learned a lot from last year’s first retreat and couldn’t be more excited to level up Ellivate Expand in 2024!! Based on what we heard from our women, we’re planning the following magic:
- More time together. This year, we’re offering 3 full days of programming, starting at 9am and wrapping up between 4-5pm each day. We’re also adding a group activity one evening.
- Self-care and healing. Feeling burned out, exhausted, and overcommitted from trying to do it all? We’re here to support you through group yoga, sound healing, movement and release activities, and a somatic reboot.
- Relationships. Whether they’re intimate, familial, romantic, or professional, relationships affect our business, and business affects our relationships. We’ll explore this complex interplay to understand how we can better support ourselves and our businesses through our relationships.
- CEO strategy. We’ll check on the health and well-being of ourselves and our businesses using the four core Ellivate principles. We’ll define and create strategies to lean into our own personal CEO mindsets. We’ll also explore what growth means to you and how to increase your take-home pay, create your own Advisory Board, and expand your positive impact in the world.
This is an intimate experience, so limited spots are available for $1,500. Secure your spot today with a $500 deposit with remaining $1,000 due by March 31 (or you can pay the full $1,500 here).
Note: $1,500 covers your registration for the 3-day retreat, plus one delicious, nutritious lunch each day. You are responsible for securing your own travel, lodging, and remaining meals. Deposits are non-refundable after February 29.
