Happy birthday to Ellivate!!
This month, we celebrate Women’s History Month, International Women’s Day on March 8, Ellivate’s 7th birthday on March 16, and the beginning of Spring on March 19!
As we celebrate the brave women who have come before us and welcome the activation energy and rebirth of Spring, this month is the perfect time to honor the power of the Feminine!
The Feminine is not a gender. It’s an energy that is available to every person.
The world of business was built and is driven by masculine energy. Masculine energy is stable and predictable. Masculine strengths include willpower, clarity, and focus, and the Masculine works in a linear way using structure, rules, and logic. It’s centered in the head. The Masculine is helpful and necessary for running a business. However, we can’t run a conscious business if we rely solely on masculine energy.
Feminine energy is flowing and dynamic, rather than linear and logical. It’s a generative energy powered by expression, creativity, and intuition. It’s heart-centered and taps into the power of emotion. When each of us embodies the Feminine to run our business (in addition to the masculine ways most of us have learned) , we cultivate a more conscious business and become a more whole human being.
At Ellivate Alliance, we channel our feminine wisdom to run our businesses, create social change and find joy in who we are and what we do. Together.

If you’re a conscious woman business owner who is yearning for some time and space to focus on yourself and your business alongside other heat-centered women, please join us for this transformative experience!
We’ll be in the full swing of Spring, which is the perfect time to focus on growing ourselves and our businesses! It will be time to reflect on what we’ve learned in the first 4 months of 2024 and plant more seeds for what we most want to grow during the rest of the year.
We’re planning the following magic for you:
- Connective time together. 3 full days of programming, starting at 9am and wrapping up between 4-5pm each day plus a group activity one evening.
- Self-care and healing. Feeling burned out, exhausted, and overcommitted from trying to do it all? We’re here to support you through group yoga, sound healing, movement and release activities, and a somatic reboot.
- Relationships. Whether they’re intimate, familial, romantic, or professional, relationships affect our business, and business affects our relationships. We’ll explore this complex interplay to understand how we can better support ourselves and our businesses through our relationships.
- CEO strategy. We’ll check on the health and well-being of ourselves and our businesses using the four core Ellivate principles. We’ll define and create strategies to lean into our own personal CEO mindsets. We’ll also explore what growth means to you and how to increase your take-home pay, create your own Advisory Board, and expand your positive impact in the world.
This is an intimate experience, so limited spots are available for $1,500. Secure your spot today with a $500 deposit with remaining $1,000 due by March 31 (or you can pay the full $1,500 here). $1,500 covers your registration for the 3-day retreat, plus one delicious, nutritious lunch each day.
