Prosperity flows from the inside out when the previous three principles (Self, Connection and Harmonious Systems) align. Gain clarity on your financial goals and identify where you can invest your resources more wisely to create more value and abundance for all.
Prosperity flows from our other three core principles, so today, I invite you to explore the relationship between our previous three principles and Prosperity.
Prosperity and Self
Self: Align your business with who you are as a human, and attain more fulfillment. Ground yourself in your Why, vision and root beliefs, embrace your natural feminine leadership strengths, and support yourself as the creator of your business.
Let’s start out by defining Prosperity as the condition of being successful and thriving. How can you be “successful and thriving” until you know what those words mean for you? Each one of us gets to define what success looks like on our own terms, and we’re certainly not limited to the financial realm.
In order to create prosperity in your business and life, you must get clear on who you are, what matters most to you, and what you want to contribute to the world through your business. You must also support yourself as the creator of your business. Yes, supporting yourself includes paying yourself in a manner that allows you to live the way you want. But, that’s not all. You must also support your health and well-being. When you are successful and thriving, you can find the joy and meaning in every day (even the hard ones).
Prosperity and Connection
Connection: At its core, business is about connecting, collaborating with and supporting other humans. Gain more clarity on your ideal audience, uncover more authentic sales and marketing approaches, and identify how you can better meet the needs of the people you most want to serve.
No one can be “successful and thriving” without other people! After all, business is just humans helping other humans. We are all connected to one another in ways that we can’t truly fathom. Everything we think, say and do has an impact on others. When each of us acknowledges and embraces our interdependence, we can amplify our positive impact in the world.
When you find and connect with the people you most want to work with – people who align with your core values, people who help you learn, people who help you expand your perspective – your business and life will be enriched in ways far beyond dollars.
Prosperity and Harmonious Systems
Harmonious Systems: You should run your business, not the other way around! Explore where you can simplify and outsource your processes, so you can spend more time in your zone of genius and run your business with more ease and grace.
How can you be “successful and thriving,” if your business is running you into the ground? Or, if you are doing work you don’t truly enjoy? Take a look at your business. What are the activities you’re currently doing that you resent? What can you drop, delegate or automate, so you can focus your time and energy in your sweet spot – the activities you love doing, you’re great at, and that others value?
Remember, prosperity doesn’t just happen overnight, and we can’t do all the things, all the time. We must make intentional, long-term investments along the way – not just financial investments, but investments of focus, energy and time.
