The Evolving Path is designed for a more seasoned woman entrepreneur who wants to grow her business in a more sustainable way, beyond herself. Our approach focuses on Ellivate’s four core principles: Self, Connection, Harmonious Systems and Prosperity.
The Evolving Path is designed for the woman entrepreneur who:
- Has established a stable business with a solid infrastructure and recurring revenue that generates income for her.
- Wants to expand her business in a more sustainable way that requires less of her direct involvement.
- May be making investments to scale her business (and wondering how to fund these investments).
- May want to level up on her technology and processes.
- May be ready to make a significant pivot in her business.
- May be building a team and creating a company culture.
- May be a solopreneur seeking the support she needs to level up.
- May want to create a legal structure that provides an exit strategy (including estate planning).
Women on the Evolving Path receive:
- An annual and quarterly visioning and strategic planning process to help you align your business with Ellivate’s four core principles

The Evolving Path includes:
- Live, collaborative learning and hands-on support. Each quarter, you’ll have a virtual, 6-hour quarterly influsion session centered around a specific Ellivate core principle. (You can find our programming for the rest of the year below.)
- Peer mentoring.* Each month, you’ll connect with 3-4 other women in a Collaborative Circle* facilitated by an Ellivate founding member to help one another integrate and apply what you’re learning.
- Unlimited learning. Access to the Evolving on-demand content library, which includes the entirety of our programming from inception, such as our powerful Ellivate Immersion and EVOLVE 2021 programs, plus 50+ Office Hours sessions led by Ellivate experts. The Evolving library is always expanding, as new content is added each quarter from our Emerging and Evolving quarterly infusions.

Collective trauma is arising over and over, and many of us have experienced loss and hurt like never before over the last few years. In our time together, we will discover how grief shows up for us (Fear, Anger, Avoidance, Denial, Resentment and more) and how we can work with its ups and downs in ways that are nourishing and healing for our relationships with ourselves, others, and our work as vessels for change.

Then, we’ll break into small groups to create some language that will support collaborative endeavors with one another. 1:00 – 2:50 Breaking Toxic Cycles (Fatima Mann) – We live in a world that has normalized being in cycles that cause ourselves and others harm mentally, emotionally, and physically. We are conditioned to put the external world before our internal needs. We will address how to identify toxic traits with grace and how to transform personal and professional relationships from toxic to healing. Participants will learn how to consensually break internal and external toxic cycles within one’s personal and professional lives.
